This project consists of 2 new buildings and comprehensive revamp / part extension of existing Administration Block over a single level basement (1300 sq.m over 3 levels) , split by archway at ground floor level. Block & brick face to external wall, windows and curtain walling. Kingspan cladding to flat roof.
