| Brown Thomas is one of Ireland’s premier department stores, located on Dublin’s fashionable Grafton Street. The project included the demolition of the existing store within the existing protected Victorian facades. The site conditions were complex particularly due to the tight nature of the site. Taking this into account the store was handed over to the client 9 months ahead of the original projected completion date. |
