Thursday, November 01, 2007 : NISO Awards 2007

The 2007 National Irish Safety Organisation (NISO) Awards took place in the Great Southern Hotel, Killarney on the 12th October.

This year saw the launch of NISO's new Gold Standard, which is set to become the benchmark against which best practice in health and safety can be judged.

Michael McNamara & Co were among the organisations who participated in the pilot running of the Gold Standard and were awarded a certificate in recognition of their efforts. Bryan Quille, Western Regional Director, accepted the award on McNamara’s behalf.
