University of Limerick, World School of Music and Dance has been handed over to our client UL Plassey Campus Development

The successful completion of this university campus project consisted of the construction of a 3 & 4 storey building from ground to roof level. The accommodation consists of academic offices, several dance studios, tutorial classrooms, music practice rooms, dance practice rooms, research suite, computer suite and catering facilities, two performance theatres along with academic and administrative offices. The ground floor contains a large circulation area which forms part of the 3 storey Atrium. Public Cafe, Canteen and kitchen area are also housed on the ground floor with loading areas to the rear of the building.

This project was completed on time and within budget on a live third level campus.
