Galway Clinic €59.7m
The Galway Clinic located at Doughiska Roundabout, Oranmore, comprises 36 consulting suites and a 101 bed hospital complex together with service areas, access roads, car parking for 360 cars and landscaping on a site of 4.9 hectares or 12 acres. The build period for this complex was 18 months.
The building was handed over in stages, the first area being the Radiotherapy Department which was handed over on 31st January 2004 only 6 months after the restart date 9th June 2003. The building was completed and Practical Completion issued on 9th June, 2004, exactly 12 months after restart, on programme and within budget.
